December 21, 2021, when a tornado struck small town Mayfield, Kentucky, devastating the community days before Christmas.
When the community of Churubusco, IN came together with their hearts, anything was possible, and anything could be accomplished including, mailing 500 Christmas cards to families with broken hearts and needing some love across the states.
This was the first project that sparked the creation titled, "The Kindness Letters Project" which would lead to more heartwarming and community projects to help others in need.
