Artist-Author

Sharing something new with the world is hard enough where there is more than bouquets to create. From artist to writer, sharing with the entire community is difficult to express in a language that makes sense to most. In art, creativity is expressed through the life grown from the ground- the roots break through the earth showing green and life, blooms appear in the slightest bud of color, opening in full bloom to the world of which it awaits. The blooms harvested and composed ever so gracefully into a song which presents itself in a vase chosen to match the colors of the bouquet. There it sits on a surface to remind us of the present moments we, as human beings, take for granted the present moment we live in today as we strive for greater in the future and dwell on regrets in the past. From author of creating a piece to share what means to be an artist of the earth, grown, harvested, and composed, to share with a community longing for peace- maybe, perfection- not in the least, maybe more a sense of integration of the earth beneath us and the world around us.
